Unraveling the Mystique
Kedarkantha is such a popular winter trek that it would be apt to entitle it as the Queen of Winter Treks. Knee-deep snow in winters, mesmerizing view from the top, and the beautiful and easy trails make it popular among trekkers. The ‘easy on endurance’ trail goes through the thick pine forests of Govind National Park. The views from the top are worth climbing to an altitude of 12,500 ft.

Begin your journey with an early pick-up from Dehradun, where you'll meet your fellow trekkers and guide.
Distance from Sankri to Dehradun: Approx. 200 Kms & 7-8 Hrs.
Embark on a scenic drive to Sankri, a charming village nestled in the Garhwal Himalayas.
Arrive in Sankri, check into your accommodation, and rest after the journey.
Spend the evening exploring the picturesque surroundings and interacting with the locals.

Direct bus or shared taxi to Nainbagh, Mori, Sankri, Purola or Barkot. Step down at Nainbagh & catch a shared taxi to Nagtibba, Pantwari.
Direct bus or shared taxi to Mussoorie. Catch a direct shared taxi to Pantwari or Nainbagh.
Or you can directly hire a taxi to Nagtibba, Pantwari from Haridwar, Rishikesh, Delhi or Dehradun.
Important note: The frequency of direct public transport from Dehradun to Pantwari is moderately low.
